Freshly prepared food

During the summer months, we tailor the chalet around what you would like – you can either choose our room only, bed and breakfast or half board* option.

If you choose to stay with us on a room only or bed and breakfast basis but would like to enjoy an evening meal in the chalet, please let us know, we will be more than happy to arrange this for you, with prior notice.

We believe that quality food plays a very important part on any holiday. Having trained under Michelin star chefs, Paolo has gained a wealth of experience in the world of cooking. With British and modern Italian influences, you can experience superb, freshly prepared simple food with great flavours.

We can also arrange the following:

Packed lunches: tasty sandwiches, snacks and drinks (£6.00pp)

Dinner: BBQ’s, buffets, or al-fresco style dining with wine (from £15pp)

There are also many excellent local restaurants in Chatel and La Chapelle d’Abondance. We will be happy to advise you on these and make reservations, if requested.
