One of the highlights of a ski chalet holiday is the chance to relax with a glass of wine in the evening after a hard day’s skiing. Not only is the quality of food we serve important to us, we feel that the wine that accompanies it is just as important too. We have a fine selection of bottled French red and white wines, each with their own character and blend. Each season, we carefully select our wines with the help of our expert wine producer, Paul Boyer, to ensure that each wine chosen compliments the fine food, and cheese board, that we serve.

Paul was born in Provence only a few kilometres from Chateauneuf du Pape. From an early age he showed great interest in wine and wine making and spent much time learning from some of the finest winemakers in the area. A few years as wine buyer for Michelin starred restaurants was followed by the opening of Viniguide/Boyer Wines, making some of the most exciting wines in the Langeudoc region of France. Viniguide produce wine made from organically grown grapes. No pesticides, fertilisers or chemicals of any kind are used on the vines or in the soil of the vineyards thereby creating healthier and better tasting wine. Paul’s passion for wine shows in his blending and choice of wines, pleasing the pallet time and time again.
