

Freshly prepared food
We believe that quality food plays a very important part of your ski holiday. Having trained under Michelin star chefs, Paolo has gained a wealth of experience in the world of cooking. With British and modern Italian influences, you will experience superb, freshly prepared simple food with great flavours.
To begin the day, you will sit down to a delicious continental breakfast including fresh croissants and fresh fruit. Alternatively, you may wish a cooked breakfast, which we are more than happy to prepare on request.
Following a day on the slopes, you will return back to the ski chalet to homemade cakes and biscuits, served with a hot drink.
The evening is then your time to sit back, relax and enjoy a four course meal served with fine wines.

Pan fried sea-bass, marinated tuscan vegetables with a sweet balsamic reduction
Slow roasted breast of chicken, with a risotto of porcini mushrooms and wild rocket leaves
Selection of local cheeses
Warm home-made chocolate brownie, fresh vanilla pod ice-cream and hazelnut custard

- Please note that we have one night off during the week (generally a Wednesday), thereby giving you the chance to experience the many excellent local restaurants. We will be happy to advise you on these and make reservations, if requested.
