The Long Weekend

Chatel is perfectly located for a long weekend of skiing. With only 1 hour 20 minutes drive from Geneva airport, you can be on the slopes enjoying an afternoon’s skiing before you know it.

You can either choose to arrive on Wednesday or Thursday through to Sunday, depending on how many full skiing days you would like.

When you arrive at the airport, you will be chauffer driven to Chatel where you have the opportunity to either head straight for the slopes, take a stroll around the village of Chatel or relax in the chalet.

On your first night in the chalet, you can look forward to a champagne reception to mark the start of your mini-break, before sitting down to enjoy your first four course meal of the holiday.

Ski 4 resorts in one week

Ideally located on the French/Swiss border, Chatel is the perfect place to stay should you wish to visit the fantastic mountains of surrounding ski resorts. Only a short journey away is the chance to ski Flaine, Villars and the famous Swiss resort of Verbier, whilst staying in the heart of the main circuit for the whole of the Portes due Soleil area.

During your stay, you will be chauffer driven to each resort for a day’s skiing and return in time to enjoy a well deserved dinner. Your itinerary for the week will be as follows:

  • Monday - ski in Portes du Soleil
  • Tuesday - ski in Flaine
  • Wednedsay - ski in Portes du Soleil
  • Thursday - ski in Verbier
  • Friday - ski in Villars
